Gazley Cupra X Phoenix

Gazley Cupra needed a punchy 30-second hype reel to showcase their partnership with the Wellington Phoenix, with extremely limited player access. We had to work fast and make every shot count. The concept was simple but effective: get the players circling the three new Cupras to highlight the partnership, have some fun with a football, and capture fierce direct-to-camera moments for maximum engagement. We mixed the player action with iconic Wellington landmarks—from the waterfront to Cuba Street—building momentum before landing at Sky Stadium, their home turf. Game footage from various matches added energy and context, reminding fans what they came to see. The result is a tight, dynamic piece that plays during halftime on the sponsor reel, connecting the Cupra brand with the city's football passion in a way that feels natural rather than like a traditional car commercial.
